Apply an adequate amount of sunscreen evenly to the exposed parts of the body 30 minutes before exposure to sunlight

Repeat the use often especially after heavy sweating, swimming and wiping

Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight even if you use sunscreen. Excessive exposure to the sun is a serious risk to your health

Avoid exposure to strong midday sun

Babies and young children should not be exposed to direct sunlight at all

Store in a cool (15-25oC) and shady place, away from children
