If your order has not been shipped, then you can cancel it without any charge by calling 2551 101 352 or by emailing us at [email protected].
In the event that the products you have received have exceeded the expiration date, we will fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs or they will be replaced with new products without any additional charge.
In the case of a shipping error by our company, we refund you in full the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs, or a replacement is made with products of any value of your choice and the corresponding financial offset is made.
In the event that there is no mistake by our company and there is a desire to cancel the order, and within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, it can be replaced with another product or refunded, as long as the packaging of the product(s) has remained unchanged. The shipping costs of the order are reimbursed in full. For the return of the products, the shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the customer. If the consumer does not wish to cover the return costs themselves, they can be covered by our company at a cost offset from the balance of the order, 5.80 euros.
Exchanges for non-defective products are made within 14 calendar days with the total cost of shipping borne solely by the customer.
Customers/consumers who, in the sense of Law 2251/94, purchase with a retail receipt and not customers/consumers who make purchases with an invoice, have the right of withdrawal.
If 14 calendar days have passed since the date of receipt, the return can only be made after relevant consultation with our call center. The products are sent to us with shipping costs borne by the buyer. The financial difference is credited to the customer’s account or card within 14 calendar days. In case the shipping is done at our company’s expense, the cost corresponds to 5.80 euros.
The non-receipt of products accompanied by their return to the sender, entails withdrawal from the order.
In case the product has a defect and is covered by warranty, the replacement is made in consultation with the product company.
Returns are accepted by arrangement only if the products have not been opened and are in their original condition.
In case of using the product or altering their original packaging, the return is not accepted.
Retail receipt is required for returns. In the case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with the issuance of the corresponding shipping slip.
In case the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, dizi-living.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.

Baby food products are non-refundable.
Orthopedic products are not returnable.
It is possible to cancel orders as long as your order has not been shipped before.
Product Return Procedure
In a store that cooperates with us:
Bring the product to our store (along with the purchase receipt) and after a check to verify that the return conditions apply, the product is replaced with the same or another product of your choice.
After you have already contacted the service department of dizi-living.gr, you pack and send the package with the product with the courier company of our pharmacy, if it is our fault or in any way of shipping if the shipping is done by you wish.
In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

make sure the packaging you use ensures its integrity. The use of packaging that has been used in the past and shows signs of wear should be avoided.

protect sharp objects properly
use the factory packaging in case you want to send electronic devices
use unbreakable containers or special wooden packages in case you want to send liquids to avoid leaks
use packing tapes to seal your shipment
protect small objects with a piece of paper
