Instructions for use:
Cut 30cm of yarn and wrap it around the pointers. Using your thumbs, gently guide the floss between the teeth in a back and forth motion. Hold the floss firmly and pull it from the surface of the tooth down. Then place the floss on the other surface of the tooth and repeat the movement.

Flossing and interdental brushes are important for removing food debris between the teeth and removing plaque from those spaces.

Interdental hygiene is especially important for people with exposed tooth necks, implants or orthodontic appliances.
