Preparation with powdered milk
1. Boil 200 ml of water and let it cool until it reaches a temperature of approximately 50°C.
2. Prepare approximately 200ml of infant formula (e.g. HiPP 2 Bio Combiotic®).
3. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22g) of cream to a plate.
4. Add the ready-made infant formula to the cream powder and mix.
5. Let it rise until the desired fluidity is reached. Check the temperature.
Preparation with diluted whole milk
Add 100ml whole milk + 100ml water to a plate and boil it. When it reaches 50°C, let it cool. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22g) of HiPP cream to a plate. Add the cooled diluted milk and stir. Leave the cream until it reaches the desired consistency. Always check the temperature.
Preparation of hypoallergenic cream with HA
If HiPP Hypoallergenic Milk HA is used to prepare the rice flour cream, the resulting cream is hypoallergenic.
Preparation without milk, with added fruit
Boil 100ml of clean drinking water and let it cool down to about 50C. Put 2 tablespoons (11g) of HiPP cream on a plate. Add the cooled water and stir. Add the desired portion (approx. 100g) of HiPP fruit (e.g. Williams Christ pear) or preferably HiPP vegetables and 1 tsp. olive oil and stir. Leave the cream until it reaches the desired fluidity. Always check the temperature.
