Special composition of Glucosamine & Chondroitin in ideal ratio (500mg / 400mg), for the maintenance and flexibility of the joints & ligaments, in slow release tablets for continuous action and effervescent tablets. Contains:

 Glucosamine: It is an aminosaccharide and is the main component of synovial fluid. Essential in the formation of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) for the cohesion of cartilage. Damage to existing tissues, especially around the joints, requires constant “refilling” with glucosamine on a daily basis. Chondroitin: It is a glycosaminoglycan naturally found in cartilage. It has the ability to attract water molecules, offering hydration & elasticity, while preventing the action of enzymes that destroy cartilage. Vitamin C: Essential for the maintenance and formation of collagen by the body. Manganese: Metal, important for skeletal development. Research has shown that people with osteoarthritis are deficient in manganese.
