JALPLAST cream is a topical preparation that has hyaluronic acid as its main ingredient. Hyaluronic acid is a biological at least polysaccharide (glycosaminoglycan) found in the extracellular substance of most tissues, and especially in growing or regenerating tissues. JALPLAST is available in various forms (JALPLAST Cream, gauze, gel and foam).
Composition:
Main ingredient: 0.2% hyaluronic acid sodium
Other Ingredients: Polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate, Decyl ester from oleic acid emulsified wax, glycerol, 70% sorbitol solution, sodium dehydroacetate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, Propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, perfume, water.
Indications:
JALPLAST cream is indicated for the treatment of skin irritations and lesions. In particular, it is intended to cover acute and chronic wounds (abrasions, incisions in donors or surgeries, first and second degree burns, vascular and metabolic ulcers and bed sores), and offers a moist environment to the wound, protecting it from abrasions, abrasions and drying. .
Dosage and Administration: Wounds or ulcers should be cleaned and disinfected before treatment. Apply a thin layer of cream on the wound surface, two or more times a day. The treated area should be covered with a sterile gauze and a sterile bandage.
Contraindications: Do not administer to patients with established sensitivity to the components of the product.
Precautions: Avoid direct contact of the tube with the wound. Each tube of JALPLAST cream should only be used by one patient to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Interactions: Do not use concomitantly with disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts as hyaluronic acid may precipitate. Concomitant topical treatment of wounds with antibiotics or other topical medications has never caused any interactions or incompatibilities with JALPLAST cream.
