Composition of ingredients and benefits

Red yeast rice: Contains the active substance monacolin K which helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels (when at least 10mg of this is taken daily, however experts emphasize not to take more than 3mg of monacolin daily).

Vitamins of the B complex (combination of folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12): They help significantly in the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

High levels of homocysteine in the blood are implicated as causative factors in the development of arteriosclerosis and are also associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

In addition, thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.

Coenzyme Q10: Antioxidant with cardioprotective action, which contributes to energy production at the cellular level.

According to research, taking statins causes a decrease in the body’s synthesis of CoQ10 and often the result is an increase in muscle pain.

Use

To be taken preferably in the evening after a meal.

Contraindications: Do not take alongside cholesterol medication or other products containing red yeast rice.

Caution: Do not take more than 3mg of monacolin daily.
