Konjac flour is ideal for thickening various sauces, puddings, jelly products, improving the texture of bread dough, but also for baked cookies from seed flour. 100 g of konjac flour thickens up to 25-30 liters of liquid.
Instructions for use:
to prepare the sauce: use a teaspoon of flour in 500-700 ml of liquid.
to make the pudding: add 1 1/2 teaspoon flour to 500ml water / milk.
for other preparations: use 1 teaspoon of konjac flour.
It is recommended, before adding over the hot mixture, that the konjac flour be mixed with an ingredient such as kosher salt, sweetener, etc. To thicken cold liquids, proceed similarly, but the reaction time should be between 20 and 40 minutes.
