Ingredients:

Dietary fiber (cellulose), psyllium husk, konjac gum, xanthan gum, sodium bicarbonate, dried yeast, acidity regulator: GDL (glucono delta-lactone), ascorbic acid, erythritol, salt.

RECOMMENDED RECIPE FOR 4 BREADS

(or 4 bagels or 3 baguettes)

Ingredients:

  • 165 g NoCarb© Baguette Fiber Mix (whole package)
  • 2 large eggs (about 110 g)
  • 1 egg white (about 45 g)
  • 30 ml of oil
  • 260 ml of water

Implementation:

Put the whole eggs and the white in a bowl, add the oil, water and mix well. Add the fiber mixture and mix until the mixture is uniform. Then divide the dough into four pieces and with wet hands form buns from each piece. We put the buns in a pan that we have previously oiled and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Then put it in a preheated oven (180°C) and bake it for 35-45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. During baking, pierce the buns several times to remove excess moisture.
