Sinomarin Adults Isotonic is a 100% natural, isotonic seawater spray (with a 0.9% NaCl content) which cleans the nasal cavities effectively, removing accumulated mucus and adhering pathogens, allergens and pollutants, helping to maintain the nose health. Way of use:

1. Clean the nose thoroughly before using Sinomarin Adults Isotonic.
2. Remove the protective cap by breaking the safety sticker and insert the nozzle into the special recess at the top of the bottle.
3. Bend the neck slightly forward over a water collecting surface (eg sink) and turn the head to the right.
4. Gently place the tip of the bottle into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum and press firmly.
5. Turn the head to the other side and repeat the same process in the other nostril.
6. Remove the tip from the nose and return to the upright position, leaving the solution in the nose for a few seconds to work. Then blow well.
7. Repeat the process if necessary.
8. Remove the nozzle from the bottle, rinse it with warm water and dry it. Repeat after each use.
