Medtrition Hyfiber Liquid Oral Herbal Fiber Supplement For Proper Bowel Function 946ml
Hyfiber® is a food supplement in the form of a liquid oral solution that provides polydextrose and fructo-oligosaccharides (prebiotic fibers).
It is used in cases where it is necessary to supplement the usual diet with soluble fibers, aiming to strengthen and/or maintain the balance of the intestinal flora.
In particular, per 3 dosing caps / 3 vials (90ml) of Hyfiber® contain:
- 36g of polydextrose.
- 5.1g of fructo-oligosaccharides.
Polydextrose contributes positively to bowel function through its ability to retain water and form bacterial cell mass. Fructooligosaccharides stimulate the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora. The short-chain carbohydrate molecules from fructose are partially digested and are food for the “friendly” gut bacteria (bifidobacteria, lactobacillus).
Hyfiber® is available in a mild citrus flavor.
Packaging: 946ml bottle
USE:
- Recommended daily dose: One or two tablespoons (15-30ml) up to 3 times a day, to be added to water.
- Maximum daily dose 90ml.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
Precautions:
- Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have any health problems.
- Not suitable for people with intestinal obstruction.
- Not suitable for people following a diet restricted in plant fibres.
- This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment or cure of human disease.
