Dosage and method of use

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 drops in a little water, 3 times a day half an hour before meals. Alternatively: 25-30 drops daily before bed. Children (3-12 years): 6 drops 3 times a day. Alternatively, 10 drops daily at bedtime.
