Valerian in 320mg tablets
Known herb since antiquity, as from the 18th century it was an acceptable sedative, but it was also used for nervous conditions associated with digestive problems. The active ingredients of valerian include alkaloids, volatile oils and iridescent, with the more active substance being valerenic acid, which is chemically related to GABA, thus helping to maintain its levels.
