Chios Mastiha Powder is a food supplement containing Chios mastiha in powder (40% Mastiha), in a content of 1080 mg per daily dose (1 sachet).
Chios mastic is the resinous secretion from the mastic tree, an evergreen shrub that thrives exclusively in southern Chios, Greece. It is a natural aromatic resin, known since ancient times for its beneficial properties.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA), and the Committee for Medicinal Products of Herbal Origin (HMPC), have approved the use of mastic as a traditional herbal aid to treat the symptoms of mild digestive disorders.
In addition, it contributes to the eradication of Helicobacter pylori – the causative factor in the creation of ulcers – as well as to the relief of retrosternal heartburn and general dyspeptic problems.
Dosage
1 sachet daily.
Use Instructions
Consume with water, juice or yogurt, 30 minutes before your meal.

Preservation – Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause deterioration of the product.
