instructions for use

Depending on your needs, 1-2 sprays of PneoSolnan Nasal Nasal Spray in each nostril a few times a day.

  1. Remove the cap from the bottle.
  2. Hold the bottle with your index and middle finger on the finger grips on each side of the nozzle and your thumb on the bottom of the bottle.
  3. Bend your head slightly forward and close one nostril by gently pressing the side of your nose with the finger of the other hand.
  4. Place the spray nozzle in your nostril and begin to inhale lightly.
  5. Press the pump down quickly and firmly to spray into your nostril. Continue to breathe lightly through the nostril.
  6. Place the spray nozzle in your other nostril and repeat the steps described above.
  7. Wipe the exposed bottle nozzle with a clean, lint-free cloth.
  8. Replace the cap on the bottle.
