Directions for Use:
Recommended Daily Dose:
- Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
- Children aged 3-12: 5ml (1 teaspoon)
Winter Dose:
- Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
- Children aged 3-12: 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
Cautions and Warnings:
- Not suitable for children under 3 years
- Do not exceed the recommended intake
- If pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or taking other medication, please seek medical advice before taking
- Keep out of reach and sight of children
