The gut microbiome refers to the microorganisms that live in the gastrointestinal tract and are involved in important functions for human health and well-being. After birth, the intestines of infants are colonized by beneficial bacteria, which they obtain through food. These bacteria are an important part of the way humans digest food and absorb all the necessary nutrients. They also play a role in the immune system of infants.

LactoLevure®Symbiotic Start is intended to help colonize the gut of infants and children with beneficial bacteria. It contains 2 strains of probiotics that are naturally found in a healthy gut and help restore the intestinal flora. It also contains prebiotics, carbohydrates resistant to gastric juice and pancreatic enzymes, which promote the growth of beneficial bacteria, providing food and creating an ideal environment for their multiplication.

Active ingredients:

  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus: Lactobacilli found in a wide variety of dairy products and to which they impart beneficial properties for intestinal health. They act competitively against known pathogenic microorganisms.
  • Bifidobacterium longum: This is a widely distributed bacterium in the gastrointestinal system, essential for restoring proper intestinal function.

Dosage:

  • The contents of 1 sachet are dissolved in water and usually consumed after a meal.
  • Children under one year of age only on the advice of a doctor.

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
